Our Warranty Evaluation Process

To begin the evaluation process, we kindly request you to email us detailed photos, a short video, and a description of the defect at info@apointinternationale.com. This will help our experts assess the situation accurately.

If the damage is found to be a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the item at no charge as a one-time courtesy. We deeply value the trust you place in us and want to assure you that your satisfaction is our utmost priority.

Exclusions

Our Lifetime Warranty, while comprehensive, does not cover normal wear and tear, scratching, stretched chains or rings, product loss, or jewelry damaged due to improper use, cleaning, or storage. Additionally, it is essential to remember that alterations or services performed by any third-party or outside jeweler will void our warranty. To ensure the highest quality and maintain the integrity of your precious piece, we recommend entrusting its care exclusively to our skilled craftsmen.

If the ring didn’t quite fit, don’t worry! We’ll be happy to resize your ring one time for FREE. Resize up or down one full size. Diamond eternity bands and rings cannot be resized.

We also offer FREE 1st time cleaning and polishing services for all our engagement rings and wedding rings.

*In the event that you require another cleaning, a fee of $65 will be charged.
